As response to "Anonym's" comment, I would like to thank you for your attention to read the article Papageien-Asche vor dem Amtsgericht (07.02.2011).

I would like to comment on two points in your response at the WDR website the 08.02.2011, 22.41 Uhr

My social status and work situation
The welfare of the bird during the time he stayed with me and common knowledge among Bird owners and professionals.

I Hans-Henrik Juhl is a full time student and besides my studies I run the Lord B Planet Rescue organisation which were established in Paris, France 2004. In Paris I lived in a big appartment with Lord B. I got the flat in 1998.

Animals and biodiversity is my passion, especially birds which is why I have chosen to work with ecological restauration of the rainforest. When this said I think that my work and livíng situation is informations that are allready known for most people and the press following this case, since it was allready established in court.

You question the welfare and treatment of Lord B during the time I had him. When I got Lord B in 2003 till I left France in November 2008, we lived in the above mentioned comfortable appartment in a quiet neighbourhood in Paris. When I arrived in Denmark, Lord B and I lived under good conditions in my fathers villa until we were separated when I got sick December 2008. In Paris, Lord B was always with me wherever I went during the day. He participated in my daily life and was my best friend. He was very appreciated when participating at events in the Danish and Swedish church in Paris as well as at schools. Twice a year we went to concerts to socialize, promote the cause to a young generation and listen to music in comfortable no smoking environments.

Parrots has apparently a different sensiblility to noise like a dog or a cat. If noise were harmful to parrots, they would be of permanent danger to themselves. Even though, when we participated in these concerts or other noisy events, like schools I assured that he experienced noise in modest amounts.

A Moluccan cockatoo, the largest of the cockatoos, also holds the title of the world's loudest bird at 135 decibels. One of the only other fliers capable of topping this noise is the jumbo jet, at 140 decibels."

Stimulation and interaction is crucial to fulfill such a bird's need:

When I handed over Lord B in December 2008, I handed over a healthy, stimulated and happy bird.
